What is it?
Archive Manager is a brand new utility from JB Medical that allows you to remove inactive patients, along with all their associated information, from you're practice and permanently store it in a safe location for archival purposes. Archive Manager will analyze your practice, and only remove patients that meet the criteria that you choose.
What does it do?
Archive Manager analyzes your practice for patients who no longer visit the doctor, and have no outstanding account balances. It then removes those patients along with their demographics, transactions, cases, claims, and appointment information. It stores this information in a separate archive which can easily be placed in storage and kept safe. It also allows you to print reports on why certain patients have failed the archive criteria, so you can make any necessary changes to the patient's information before archiving.
Why Get it?
Archive Manager reduces the size of backup files, and decreases the time necessary for looking up patient records. As opposed to purging data, Archive Manager will reduce unnecessary clutter from a practice while preserving the data in case it needs to be retrieved in the future.
