Certify Chart MD

A software only version that includes a Linux Server (PC) and Database for image storage. Certify Chart MD integrates well with most practice management systems, without requiring HL7 capabilities. – Great deal!



Certify Chart EMR
Appliance based technology for larger practices with EMRS: $6.0k*
This product directly integrates with most EMR’s via HL7. The images are stored and viewed in the EMR.



Certify Chart Practice
For medium sized, single or multi-site practices: $8.5k*
Appliance based technology integrates with most practice management systems and can send the images to either an existing MS SQL database or Certify’s own Chart Store product. Immediate value for practices planning to eventually move to an EMR.
